Transcripts

 

CURRENT SENIORS:

To send transcripts to colleges: DO NOT order through the webstore. Please order transcripts through your Maia Learning account.
To send transcripts to NCAA: Please order through the webstore and select the NCAA option.

All Current Students who need an UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT:

Log onto you Aeries Account https://acalanes.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx)
- Select grades
- Select transcripts
- Select the print icon

9th-11th grade students who need an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT:
- Purchase through the Webstore
- If you do not require an official transcript, you can print an unofficial transcript through your Aeries account.

NOTE: Students in grade 9 will not have anything on their transcripts until early/mid January of their 9th grade year, and therefore will not be available to order until then. 

                       
Former Students:

IMPORTANT: To avoid delays, former students must order their own transcripts. If a parent or third party places the order, we cannot release it until the student provides written permission or updated contact information.

Please read instructions thoroughly:
  • Use seven 9’s (9999999) as your Student ID - do NOT use your former student ID number
  • Use "Public" for Last Name
  • If you need more than one copy sent to the same address, you can adjust the Quantity once the item is in your Shopping Cart.
  • Be sure you include the full college name and the complete mailing address to where you want the transcript(s) to be sent
  • Be sure you include the full name and the complete mailing address if you want the transcript(s) to be mailed to your home address
  • Please allow up to three business days for processing
