Q.What information do I need to provide to purchase online?
A. You will need to provide the following information to purchase online:
Mastercard or Visa Bankcard
Your student's ID number
Your email address for confirmation
A password which you create at the end of your first purchase
Q. What is my student's ID number?
A. For security reasons, if you do not know your student's ID number, contact your school. Once you have your student's ID number, it is a good idea to keep it in a safe place. You will need to enter that ID number each time you make an online payment.
Q. How do I pay for multiple students?
A. After each item you choose to purchase, select the Buy Now button for confirmation. Then you may select Continue Shopping to add items for the same student or another student. When you are ready to check out, choose Go to Checkout.
Q. What is my password?
A. You create a password of your own choosing. To pay online for the first time, click on Go To Checkout under New Customer. You will be prompted for your email address and a password you create. This password is not issued by the school. If you are a Returning Customer and you have forgotten your password, select Password Reminder from the menu on the left. If your email address is on file, your password will be emailed to you.
Q. How do I know the payment was accepted?
A. During checkout, you are required to provide an email address. When the charge is authorized, a confirmation email is sent immediately to that address.
Q. Does the system store my credit card number?
A. No, for security reasons the system does not store your credit card type, number or expiration date. You must enter this information each time you use the system.
Q: How do I reprint my receipt?
A. Choose My Account from the menu on the left. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password to access past receipts. Choose View Past Orders. Then open the correct order and print.
